03.13.2020 Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update. As we monitor and learn more about the spread of Coronavirus we want to be transparent about what we are doing to protect staff and clients. We have an on-going policy of disease prevention protocols in place. We encourage our staff and clients to take common sense precautions such as hand washing, disinfection of surfaces and personal hygiene. As with any illness, if you are experiencing symptoms such as difficulty breathing, coughing or fever, please contact our office to reschedule your pets appointment. We have a stock of personal protective devices such as masks, gloves and disinfectants to continue normal business operations. Infectious disease experts agree there is no evidence at this point to indicate that pets will become infected with COVID-19 or spread it to other animals or humans. Please check with credible sources such as the WHO or CDC for the most accurate information. Safety and health of our patients, clients and staff are of the utmost importance and we will be monitoring the Coronavirus situation and updating our policies as the need arises.
